Everything the admissions team needs from your family.
All required documents must be submitted before the admissions team can progress your application to assessment or offer.
Before you submit
- Gather all documents before submitting the application form. Incomplete files delay the review.
- Bring originals to the campus for verification. Photocopies alone will not be accepted for original documents.
- If documents are in a language other than English or Arabic, a certified translation is required.
- For students transferring mid-year, additional placement assessment may be arranged by the school.

Required for all applicants to Aspire International School.

Original electronic birth certificate for Egyptian students.
The computerised original is required. Photocopies are not accepted at this stage.

Original birth certificate for non-Egyptian students.

Photocopy of passport for non-Egyptian students.

Six recent passport-sized photos of the student.
Plain white background, recent, showing full face clearly.

One recent passport-sized photo for each parent.

Photocopies of national ID or passports for both parents.

Behaviour reference letter from the applicant's previous school.
Must be on official school letterhead and signed by the principal or head of year.

Original academic records from the previous two school years.
Both school years are required. Records must be stamped and authenticated by the issuing school.
